Like a living organism, creativity requires continuous nourishment to grow, and its true potential is unlocked when it's used to empower others. My goal is to create environments where ideas can be shared and cultivated, allowing teams to flourish. 

This principle has guided me throughout my career—from my time with Google's Premium Creative Services team and the incredible culture at Atlassian, to my collaborations at Media.Monks. It's a belief that has been deepened by my experience as a husband and a father and remains central to how I lead, collaborate, and help teams succeed. I've worked with brands such as Google Cloud, Google Workspace, YouTube, the NBA, Pandora Music, and Electronic Arts.

I’m not all straight lines and rigid layouts; I also believe that the best environments are built on a foundation of open collaboration and a bit of fun. I've found that laughter lightens our collective load and strengthens teamwork. As a self-proclaimed nerd, I'm always ready with a well-timed movie quote or a classic dad joke to enjoy the process and build genuine connections.
